​* All players must be a member of U.S. Lacrosse in order to participate. 2013-14 forms will be provided when they are posted by US Lacrosse.  Download, print, fill out, return with 2013-14 McCallum Lacrosse Registration Form.​ Or, click here to join US Lacrosse  on-line for immediate membership.

* All players must fill out a 2013-14 McCallum Lacrosse ​Registration Form. These will be available soon.

* The U.S Lacrosse form, MAC LAX Registration form, and payment can be also be mailed to our secretary. If you join US Lacrosse on-line you do not need to send in the form to the Booster Club.

* Player's provide their own equipment. The Booster Club provides:

 

- Team Uniform Shorts

- US Lacrosse Player Insurance (required to play)
- Mac Lax Polo-Style Shirt or T-Shirt

- US Lacrosse Magazine Subscription

​- US Lacrosse Membership​

- Team Supplies

* Games start in January.

* Our team participates in the Division II South Varsity of the Texas High School Lacrosse League.  Some of the teams we compete against include Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, St. Andrews, St. Michaels,  Vandegrift, Westlake D II.​   ​
